Precision Rubber Finishing and Deflashing

Mid-States Rubber Products has state-of-the-art cryogenic finishing equipment enabling us to produce clean, finished products. The rubber parts are frozen, and the small bits of rubber left over from the molding process become brittle and are removed. This leaves the main part free from fringes and other bits of rubber.

Shown here is the liquid nitrogen cooled “Air Mac” deflasher.
