RUBBER INJECTION MOLDING

Mid-States Rubber is equipped with over 20 injection presses that allows us to do rubber injection molding for our customers. Our Princeton, Indiana facility has the capacity to produce small to large sized production runs while still offering individualized customer service.

The rubber injection molding presses are more automated than our hydraulic presses. The press opens the mold and it also closes the mold, allowing for the rubber to be properly cured. Rubber injection molding is used for large parts, particularly parts that with thin walls and large surface areas. Each of the molds are designed and manufactured by independent tool shops with proven track records of quality craftsmanship.
